A video of a fleet of police cars chasing an armed individual has been circulating online with certain persons wondering if law enforcement went overboard or used just the right amount of force to apprehend the suspect.
As seen in the video, St. Louis Police (a City in Missouri, United States) were engaged in a car chase with an unidentified armed man who came to a sudden stop and raced out of his car and across an empty parking lot.
As the man ran away, he pulled out a weapon and began shooting at the cops mid-retreat. Instead of stopping and returning fire, one of the cars hit the man and after he lands on the ground, another runs him over before the police stop and get out of their vehicles to surround the man.
